What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of home repair services, including light plumbing, light electrical work, painting, carpentry, and more. We are not qualified plumbers or electricians and can gladly refer you should the work be outside of our expertise. However, we can complete simple electrical/plumbing repairs, such as replacing outlets, light fixtures, exhaust fans, trash compactors, smoke detectors, ceiling fans, bath tub/shower fixtures, or basin hardware, like faucets and sprayers. In addition, while we would prefer to not take on a full home renovation, we would be happy to chat with you to help you determine what work makes sense for us to assist you with.

Coverage: covers defects in workmanship, ensuring that issues caused by errors in installation or repairs are fixed at no additional cost.
Exclusions: damage caused due to misuse, neglect, or external factors like weather

Materials Warranty
Duration: matches the manufacturer’s warranty for materials that we utilize during installation or repairs
Coverage: we will ensure that materials used are free from defects at the time of installation/repair. We shall replace or repair faulty materials as long as the manufacturer covers them.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Duration: immediate, upon completion of work
Coverage: if you are unsatisfied with the quality, we will work with you to fix it within a reasonable scope.

How long does a typical repair or improvement project

The duration of a project depends on various factors, such as the scope of work and the availability of materials. We will provide you with an estimate of timeframe following completion of analysis of the work to complete within a day or so. We strive for transparency and fairness in our pricing and will provide you a breakdown of the work to be completed.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

We are not licensed, however, we are insured. We prioritize safety and professionalism in our work, and our team members undergo regular training to stay updated with the latest industry standards.
